OUR ROLE
The Mister Cochon site offers customers a way to place an order (Orders) for products (Products) suitable for delivery. We also provide delivery services (Delivery Services) whereby independent carriers deliver your Orders to your location.
GOAL
We operate this website for the purpose of promoting, advertising, selling and distributing products manufactured or supplied by us. By using this website and placing orders with us, you hereby agree to our terms and conditions in exchange for which we will provide you with access to this website and our delivery products and services.
YOUR STATUS
Ability and age: To register with Monsieur Cochon, you must be over the age of eighteen. If you are a business, you hereby warrant that your business is operated by a person over the age of twenty and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Food allergy and intolerance: Before placing an Order, you acknowledge and agree that if you have a specific food allergy or intolerance, you must contact Mister Cochon
Creation of an account/Password and security:
Although we will try to accommodate your requests, please note that there are no guarantees and that we will be able to modify or cancel your order.
No Refunds: Except for canceling or changing your order in accordance with the paragraph above, you agree that no refunds are available for our products once you have placed an order. Indeed, Mister Cochon Products are made from fresh food products or perishable foodstuffs intended for consumption upon delivery. Once prepared in accordance with your Order or delivered to you, our Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Payment Authorization:
If a payment you make is not authorized, your order with us will not be processed.
Processing your Order:
Upon receipt of your Order, Monsieur Cochon will process it and inform you by email that your Order has been received and is being processed. Any confirmation page you may see on the Website and any order confirmation email you may receive indicate only that your order has been received and is being processed by us. This confirmation page, this e-mail means that your order has been accepted. We have strict discretion to reject orders at any time due to product availability, age verification and force majeure, availability of our independent carrier, or for any other reason.

TERMS OF DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Mister Cochon delivers its products to Thailand. The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated when you placed your order. Delivery cannot be made to PO boxes.
Mister Cochon cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being his fault.
Home delivery
At any time, you are informed of the follow-up of your order using the tracking number and the link of the carrier which are communicated to you at the time of shipment.
Deliveries are made by Inter Express Logistic or Nim Express
The delivery person will always call before delivery, to ensure that the customer or one of his representatives will be present at the estimated time of delivery by the driver. As a general rule in the morning in Bangkok and its surroundings, in the afternoon in other regions. Mister Cochon cannot be held responsible if the telephone number is incorrect or if no one answers the telephone or the address is incorrect. The package will be re-delivered the next day. Beyond two days the package will be returned to us and no refund can be accepted.

Time limit
The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times.

Transport costs
For an order
– Less than 700 THB the transport cost is 120 THB
– Up to 700 THB the transport cost is free
Deliveries under COD are possible in almost all of Thailand except on the islands. A 5% surcharge is charged
The cost of a frozen delivery is 100 THB
The volume and weight of packages are calculated automatically by the website on estimates, there may be a slight difference with reality. Mister Cochon cannot be held responsible for a deviation of less than 20% from the actual weight.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday or Tuesday depending on available stock.
Working days of our workshops: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Working days for carriers: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
During periods of high carrier activity (end of year celebrations, Valentine’s Day, etc.), the delivery time may be disrupted. No deliveries can be made during the Songkran Holidays.
Mister Cochon makes every effort to meet delivery deadlines. However, Mister Cochon cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to a major holiday with heavy delivery traffic (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.) or any case of force majeure.
Complaint :

Delivery delay :
Estimated delivery times are estimates only.
