Where do you source your products
Most of our raw materials come from Thailand, we only use natural casings which allows the sausage to mature gently
Andouillettes, white ham and Bayonne are imported products, part of our casings are bought in Thailand but come from New Zealand or Europe.
No, because the control of the organic standard is not as rigorous as in Europe, however we control our sources of supply and the supply chain.

Our cheeses come from Dofann, “Maitre Fromager” in Chiang Mai.
Origin of the Pigs
A large part of our pigs is raised in the mountains of Si Sawat (Kanchanaburi) and are grain fed. They are in semi freedom and take the time necessary to grow and fatten up.
Yes, they are vaccinated after birth, this is the norm in Thailand.
Yes, they may have been treated with antibiotics, we won’t let an animal suffer without treating it
However, when they have to treat, breeders must respect a waiting period between the administration of the drug and the departure for the slaughterhouse.
This delay ensures that the animal’s body has eliminated the drug and that the meat can be eaten.
